Raleigh Sports 1970’s
An example of a later piece of Raleigh design. An interesting period for the company who were moving towards a new brand with the Raleigh Chopper yet still celebrating their iconic models from the 1930’s.
This project required a lot of technical chroming to preserve the original rod brakes, rear dyno hub and wheels. A slow process but with beautiful results. Once complete all original coach lines were re laid to achieve the classic British racing green / gold combination.
